My intention for the Sacred Ura Sanctuary is to breathe life into your remembrance dance without limitations. This life just got juicier in the hips and more playful in the heart. My inner child is frothing at the knowing of playing full out with you.
My beliefs, perspectives and medicines continue to change, deepen, expand and elevate everyday which means this community space will continue to grow and evolve. Multidimensional.
As the external world continues to get louder, my mission is to consistently share with you tools and resources to guide you back into your heart space so you are able to cultivate inner peace in your own body through Ura (dance).
I am honored to launch this community filled with dance, hip liberation, heart medicine, womb water stirring, sacral activating and everything else unlimited in between.
